March 17 is the National sleep day. The opportunity for us to draw your attention to an occupation which represents almost a third of our life!
And yes at 75 years old we will have slept… 25 years old! And this sleep is essential for our organization, its good development. Conversely, chronic sleep deprivation can lead to harmful consequences on your health: weight gain, diabetes, increase in pain, depression, worsening of respiratory and cardiovascular disorders, sleeping steering wheel or at work, relational difficulties …
Far of us the idea of anxious, quite the contrary: the good news is that sleep disorders are not inevitable.
You can take care of your sleep:
- By respecting some lifestyle rules and preparing your bedtime as maintaining regular schedules to raise and sleeping, weekdays and weekends;
- Also practice physical activity;
- Above all, favor a calm activity in the evening with a total disconnection 1 to 2 hours before going to bed
Turn off your screens, not your sleep! Scrolling on his phone until our eyelids close is a bad idea.
